Overview
With Lead Capsule, collecting payments from your clients just got easier. Allow your clients to pay their invoices, or prepay for their campaigns, online. Lead Capsule also allows you to easily void, refund or credit payments that the client has made. You may also record offline payments, to mark invoices as partially or fully paid, or record refunds made by mailed check payments.
Key Benefits
- Online Payments - Either manually enter in credit card, or ACH payments, and process the payment for the client. Alternatively, you may have the client click a Pay Now link in their invoice to pay online, or have the client log into their client portal and make payment. - Prepay - Setup your lead delivery campaigns as prepaid and have the client pay for their leads, through their client portal, before leads are delivered.
- Offline Payments - You may record payments you received outside of Lead Capsule using our offline payment option. Record offline payments for:
- ACH - Electronic checks processed in a third party application
- Check - Checks received in the mail or hand delivered.
- Credit Card - Credit card payments processed in your terminal or in a third party application
- PayPal - Payments the client made directly to your PayPal account.
- Wire Transfer - Wire transfer payments received directly to your bank account.
- Void Payments - Made the wrong charge to a client's account and need to void the payment? Lead Capsule's one click and confirm payment void process has you covered.
- Refund Payments - You may easily refund an entire payment, or part of a payment, back to the originating credit card or bank account. Alternatively, create offline refunds for those mailed refund checks.
- Credit Payments - Lead Capsule makes it simple to credit a client's payment back to their account or notating an offline credit.
