Bulk Email Delivery

Overview

Lead Capsule can deliver leads to you, or to your lead buyers, via bulk Email. Send yourself, or your lead buyers a CSV file, with matching leads hourly, daily, weekly or even monthly.

Key Benefits

• Custom Emails - Lead Capsule Email Delivery campaigns give you full control over the From, To, CC, BCC, subject and body of the Emails. Leads are sent in an easy to open CSV file, attached to the Email.
  
  
• Control File Name - Create custom file names, for each CSV file Emailed to you or your lead buyers. 
  
  
• Map Fields - Easily map field names in your bulk Emai CSV file. Lead Capsule allows you to control the header row of the CSV file which is sent in the bulk Email. Rename fields from FirstName to First_Name.
  
  
• Include System Columns - Choose to include system columns in your bulk Email. Options include:
  • LeadId
  • Create Date
  • VendorId
• Batch Frequency - CSV files can be Emailed to you, or your lead buyers at different intervals. Choose to send leads:
  • Once
  • Hourly
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
• Delivery Capacities - Lead Capsule can set caps on your bulk Email delivery campaigns, based on your agreements with your client. If you have a prepaid order, Lead Capsule can cap the total leads sent in the CSV file. Additionally, if you have hourly, daily, weekly or monthly caps, adding these caps is a breeze.
  
  
• Exclusivity – Control the exclusivity of the leads you send to your lead buyers, including how long they are exclusive. See our Lead Exclusivity feature page for additional information.
  
  
• Prepaid Campaigns - Set your bulk Email campaigns up as prepaid. Allow the client to log into their client portal and make payments towards the campaign, or make payments on behalf of your client, before leads are delivered via bulk Email. 
  
  
• Advanced Filtering – Filter the leads bulk Emailed to your clients on any field definition within the lead. For example, your lead buyer may only want leads where the applicant was born before 1978 and lives in Texas.

• Lead Verification - Lead Capsule lead verification ensures you are only bulk Emailing good quality leads to your lead buyers. See our Lead Verification feature page for additional information.
  
  
• Notifications - Lead Capsule can notify you when a lead is accepted by the bulk Email delivery campaign. Notifications can be sent via Email or Lead Capsule can also notify an API via a URL. Lead Capsule can also receive notifications, from a third party system, when a lead is accepted, rejected or returned by your lead buyers.
