Call Routing

Overview

If you or your vendors generate phone leads you can easily route them to your internal sales team or sell them to one of your clients. Our call routing technology supports dynamic filters and may be distributed in a specific order or in a round-robin distribution model. Recordings are always available whether you are tracking or routing calls and may be delivered with the data portion of the lead itself.

Key Benefits

  • Local or Toll-Free Numbers - Lead Capsule allows you to easily subscribe to local or toll-free numbers to track your routed calls. To read more about call tracking, see our Call Tracking feature page.

  • Call Distribution – Call can be distributed, to your call center, Lead Capsule CRM, or your lead buyers, in a specific order or in round-robin.

  • Advanced Filtering – Easy to use custom filtering allows you to control where your leads go. For example: Send leads from specific states and/or specific age group, to your call center, Lead Capsule CRM or specific buyers. This way, the correct calls are routed to the correct location.

  • Schedules – Configure your calls to route to your call center, Lead Capsule CRM, or to your lead buyers when they are available to receive the call. For more information on schedules, see our Scheduling feature page.

  • Call Flows – Setup custom call flows for your call center, Lead Capsule CRM, or for your lead buyers before the call is transferred. Call flow options include:
    • Say Text - Have the system say whatever you need the caller to hear, before the call is transferred. For example, "You are being connected with a live representative now" or "XYZ company will be handling your call. Transferring now". Our text to speech engine supports male and female voices in multiple languages.

    • Play Recording - Upload your own custom recording to play back to the caller before they are transferred to your call center, Lead Capsule CRM or to your lead buyer.

    • Collect Digits - Collect digits from the caller, in response to a recording or said text, and store the information with the lead and/or send to your lead buyer.

    • Record Response - Record the caller’s response to a question you asked. Store the information with the lead and even send it to your lead buyer.

    • Send SMS - Send the caller a SMS message on behalf of your company or your lead buyer. SMS messages can be sent from local or toll-free numbers.
  • Deliver Lead - You can deliver all the lead data, collected on the call, to your call center database, Lead Capsule CRM, or to your lead buyers. To read more about available delivery options, see our Lead Distribution page.

  • Record the Entire Call - Record the entire call and store with the lead, for future reference, or to send to your lead purchaser.
