Our real-time reports will never leave you guessing as to which campaigns are performing
well. Upon logging into Lead Capsule, your dashboard will present you with a summary
of activity by Vertical, Client, and Vendor/Affiliate. Advanced reports include detailed transaction
and lead campaign reports.

- Company Overview – See how many leads you have generated/purchased,
how much you have invested as well as total generated revenue and calculated profit

- Vertical Fulfillment – See how each of the sales / client delivery campaigns are performing within each lead vertical in conjunction to any timespan set lead caps that may have been placed within each client campaign

with lead verification. Track valid and failed verifications
- Vendor Overview – See how many leads you purchased from each
vendor with regards to how much you have invested as well as total generated revenue and calculated profit
- Client Overview – See how many leads you sold to each client with regards to how much you have invested as well as the total revenue generated and calculated profit
- Client Fulfillment – Track how each of your individual client / buyer campaigns are performing in conjunction with any timespan set lead caps
- Leads Purchased – See how each of your vendor campaigns are
performing. Track accepted/rejected pings, pending/accepted/rejected leads, returns

- Automatic Email Reports – The majority of the above referenced real-time, dashboard reports can also be configured to be automatically delivered to your Email inbox. With ease, you can set your own custom dashboard reporting to be sent to you hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or even annually with its own unique email subject line.
- Advanced Reporting – Lead Capsule advanced reports will keep
your business running smoothly. Choose from 15 plus advanced / canned reports:
- Client Accepted Leads – Returns back all client accepted
leads, for selected time period, and displays the request and response strings.
Allows you to filter down to specific vendor, vendor campaign, client, and/or client
campaign.
- Client Campaign Verification – Returns back all valid and
failed verifications for a specific client campaign. Displays Lead Id, Field Info
and Create date.
- Client Rejected Leads – Returns back all client rejected
leads, for selected time period, and displays the request and response strings.
Allows you to filter down to specific vendor, vendor campaign, client, and/or client
campaign.
- Client Report – Returns back all client campaigns, for a
specific client, within selected time frame. Displays Number of accepted, rejected,
returned leads and total amount owed.
- Connected Campaigns (Advanced and Basic) – Returns back a
grid view of all your vendor campaigns and which client campaigns they are linked
to. Advanced report displays lead caps, schedules and filters.
- Lead Report – A robust report on all your leads. Filter and
display vertical, lead source, vendor/vendor campaign, client/client campaign, created
dates or sold dates for matching leads.
- Profit & Loss – Returns back profit and loss, on all
active vendor and client campaigns, for selected time frame. Displays Campaign name,
lead count, revenue, invested and profit amounts.
- Transaction Report – A comprehensive transaction report on
all transactions within selected time frame. Filter by and display transaction status,
type, user, client/client campaign, vendor/vendor campaign, start and end dates.
- Vendor Accepted Leads - Returns back all accepted leads from vendors,
for selected time period, and displays the request and response strings, redirect
URL, redirect Date and IP address where the applicant came from. Allows you to filter
down to specific vendor campaign and date range.
- Vendor Campaign Verification - Returns back all valid and failed
verifications for a specific vendor campaign. Displays Lead Id, Field Info and create
date.
- Vendor Rejected Leads - Returns back all rejected leads from vendors,
for selected time period, and displays the request and response strings. Allows
you to filter down to specific vendor campaign and date range.
- Vendor Report - Returns back all vendor campaigns, for a specific
vendor, within selected time frame. Displays Number of accepted, rejected, returned
leads and total amount owed.
- Vertical Report – Return back lead count, invested, revenue
and profit in each of your verticals
- Web Form Verification - Returns back all valid and failed verifications
for a specific web form. Displays Lead Id, Field Info and create date.
